  • For Renewal conference faculty and staff members. The special code required for selecting this option will be provided to faculty and staff by the Conference Director. Meals are included with registration.

  • This option is intended as a courtesy for vendor assistants who are not participating in the conference but would benefit from being able to have meals on-site. Contact the conference director for the Meals Only form, and when it is filled out, she will provide vendors with the code needed to sign up for this service for their assistants.

    Friday’s registration fee includes all general sessions, an editor/agent appointment (if desired), critique opportunities, WriteCoach Labs, a workshop session, evening banquet, door prizes, author signing, and dessert reception.
  • New this year . . . For those who are unable to join us for both days of the conference, we’re offering one-day registration options. Saturday’s registration fee includes all general sessions, 3 workshop sessions, a panel of publishing experts, and door prizes.
  • The Partner level is $229.00 ($50 + conference registration). It includes full access to the conference and all meals (a value of up to $179).

    This is a 2-step process. 1) Register on this page as a Partner for the base fee of $50, and then 2) also register as a conferee. You will not be added to the Partner list until both steps have been completed.

    Registering for the conference separately gives you the opportunity to qualify for discounts of $10, $20, or even $30, depending on your NCWA membership level and the date you register. Meals are included. See the Vendor page for more details on the benefits offered at this level.
  • The sponsor level is $399 [$220 + conference registration]. It includes full conference participation and all meals (a value of up to $179).

    This is a 2-step process. 1) Register on this page as a Sponsor for the base fee of $220, and then 2) also register as a conferee. You will not be added to the Sponsor list until both steps have been completed.

  • The Virtual Vendor level is $49. It is for vendors who cannot attend the conference in person, and therefore it does not include access to the conference or any meals. This level features an unstaffed display in our vendor area.

About meals at the conference…


Friday: continental breakfast, buffet lunch, banquet dinner, dessert reception. Saturday: continental breakfast & buffet lunch. Snacks and some beverages both days.


We will do our best to provide a few gluten-free and other options for those with special dietary needs, but if you have a serious condition, please consider bringing your own items to supplement what we can offer.
