Base fee:
  • Renewal conference faculty and staff members will receive from the conference director the special code required for this option. Meals are included with registration.

  • TeenTrack, led by Patti Lee, is a writers conference for 13-to-18-year-olds. It features a Friday night pizza party and all-day writers conference on Saturday (separate from the adults). A discount, with the name "Special Guest Price," is offered for additional teen siblings from the same family. (Note that although Editorial Appointment Request fields may show up below, this feature is not available to TeenTrack registrants.)
  • If you cannot attend the conference in person, you can select this level to request an unstaffed display in our vendor area. Please send an e-mail to vendorcoordinator@nwchristianwriters.org with a short description of your services. Visit the website's Vendor page for more details.
  • To sign-up for the volunteer discount, YOU MUST FIRST LOG IN AS A MEMBER, and you must also use the special volunteer code provided to you by the conference director. Meals are included with registration.

(*Snacks and coffee will be available early each morning. If you require a heartier breakfast, you may want to eat at your hotel or at one of the restaurants close to the conference venue, Westminster Chapel.)

We will do our best to provide a few gluten-free and other options for those with special dietary needs, but if you have a serious condition, please consider bringing your own items to supplement what we can offer.
